Learning Outside the Lines (12:30-3:00)

Perfect class for the older three and four year old, as well as those in UPK or entering UPK the following year. 

This is a non-fiction driven approach to learning.  It encourages literacy, mathematics, and social/emotional development through thematic units of student interest.  Students in this class most often will stay as an extension of their morning UPK class.

You may be interested to know that our teachers are required to take continuing education classes in areas such as child development, classroom organization, and safety standards. Most of our teachers are NYS certified in early childhood education as well as certified in first aid and CPR. Our daily goal has been to make each child’s day a little more special.
